Who we are
Glassix is a leading SaaS messaging platform helping top brands manage their digital communication with their end customers.
Glassix enables contact centers to communicate via - WhatsApp, Facebook, chat, Instagram, and more - via bots & real agents, using AI & NLP.
We are looking for an assertive, self-taught, and creative Development Team Leader with a "fire and forget" approach for a challenging role that includes technological leadership and development team management.
We care a ton about communication, autonomy, curiosity, and initiative.
Our platform has been around since 2017, and hundreds of customers are using Glassix to improve their customer support.
As a team, we love learning from each other and are looking for people who bring a new set of experiences and backgrounds to our team.
Role overview
You will take over most of my responsibilities regarding the team (it is making me both happy and sad 😭) and will report directly to me (CTO).
Our technology stack is .NET Core, MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis & Elasticsearch, Hosted on Azure, and React for the front.
We are looking for a talented, hands-on, and motivated development team leader to join our R&D team in Tel Aviv.
The team is responsible for developing the company’s top product with customers all over the globe.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of our talented developers, both front-end and back-end
Drive architecture, design, code quality, testing, and performance
Be a hands-on developer in your team - designing, coding, and delivering features to production
This list is not exhaustive, and you’ll have much autonomy over your work. Our team is composed of a group of product-minded, generalist engineers.

Since we’re an early-stage startup, projects and priorities may shift.
Our customers love us, and there’s a lot we can improve. It’s a great place to be, but it means there’s some clunky code. (Nothing too scary! 😃)
Since you’ll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. We expect you to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.
Job requirements
Over 3 years of managing a team development of at least 4 members, including technological guidance for both front-end and back-end
Hands-on experience with React
Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server/MySQL
Experience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo/Redis/DynamoDB
Bonus:
Experience with C#, .NET core
Experience with Azure platform (App services, Azure tables, functions)
You’ve built a SaaS product in previous roles
